But if you sift through all the negatives, of which there were plenty, you might just be able to find a few of the positives.

If these two can remain healthy throughout the remainder of the season the Cowboys passing game could be dangerous. Everybody was disappointed, particularly Curt. The next week, the Seahawks traveled to Miami for the second straight year to play the Dolphins, who had gone 14—2 that season. View all MLB Sites. Sports enthusiast. The defense totaled two interceptions with seven passes defended.

Today, I'm going to try to share with you some of the positive aspects I observed from this matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers. It took quite a bit of doing and a little skewed thinking on my part, but I managed to put together a handful of positives for the Cowboys.

Hopefully you agree. This could've been Dak Prescott 's worst nightmare. Things could have gotten really ugly without his two bookends to protect him. Fortunately, both Fleming and Knight performed admirably in their first extended playing time this year. In fact, if not for their play towards the end of the game the Cowboys wouldn't have come close to mounting any semblance of a comeback. Cooper ended up catching 11 passes for yards and Gallup hauled in 7 for They were also both able to find the end zone.

If these two can remain healthy throughout the remainder of the season the Cowboys passing game could be dangerous. Opposing defenses would no longer be able to focus all their attention on containing Cooper as long as Gallup is on the field. Unfortunately the hole the Cowboys found themselves in early in the game didn't allow Zeke to really establish himself.

Despite that though he was still really productive in his limited touches. He average 5. He also unfortunately had several other long runs called back due to penalties. If not for the early setbacks, it very well could have been No.

I don't know about you, but I certainly wouldn't have. Never in my wildest dreams would I have predicted RB Aaron Jones single-handedly gash the Cowboys defense on the ground and through the air for nearly total yards and four TDs.

But, that's what happened. It's hard to say for sure if Dallas' pass defense was that good or if Jones' ability to take over the game by himself negated their effectiveness.

I for one want to believe in the Cowboys secondary. There were several times during the game last Sunday that I wanted to turn it off but couldn't do so because I was still captivated by the way they continued to battle. They could've easily rolled over and given up against the Packers.

It's unlikely anybody would have faulted them for doing so. They didn't do that though. They continued to fight and nearly mounted a comeback in the end. It's an admirable trait of this team and one that will hopefully pay off for them eventually. After a promising start in which they completely dismantled lesser opponents, the Cowboys have now lost two in a row to NFC elites.

This time, it was the Green Bay Packers who came out and punched Dallas in the mouth, getting up as big as before claiming a victory. The Cowboys now sit at on the year, and will face the winless Jets next week. While they look to get back on track in New Jersey, let's review their loss to the Green Bay Packers.

Bad: Keenum’s interceptions

Get started here. How many of those were on the offensive line? How many of those were on Russell Wilson? We all knew before this game started that Bears outside linebacker Khalil Mack would terrorize the Russell Wilson, and he did. Mack had four tackles, one sack, and one forced fumble.

Unfortunately, a late pick-six thrown by Wilson and a strip sack that forced a Hawks fumble killed much of the time remaining and momentum gained. Wilson put together one last impressive touchdown drive, but it was too little too late. The Seattle Seahawks start the season , 91 teams have started and only 10 of those made the playoffs.

However, the last time Seattle started was the season where they finished That season they went into the playoffs as a wildcard, came out with a win against the Minnesota Vikings and then lost in the divisional round against the Carolina Panthers. The reason why starting is the Ugly factor is because the team was much more talented than this current roster. The Seattle Seahawks have plenty to learn about themselves this season. No matter what Pete Carrol leads us to believe, this is a rebuilding year.

The number one overall pick actually had a fairly solid day on Sunday against a decent Seattle defense. Murray still did miss some pretty easy throws, but despite being under constant duress all day, he was able to make some plays. He did a good job of getting out of the pocket and made some nice throws on the run. He also used his rushing ability to run for 27 yards and score his first rushing touchdown of his young NFL career.

Murray was able to move to ball fairly well from 20 to 20, but a big reason Arizona lost the game was their struggles in the red zone. The Cardinals had the ball in the Seattle red zone three times and came away from those trips with just three points. You are not going to win a lot of games in the NFL doing that. Murray actually threw for one more yard than Russell Wilson and finished with his second-best quarterback rating of the season at There was enough to build on from this performance that Murray should be able to use when Arizona takes on a dreadful Cincinnati Bengals team this weekend.

David Johnson did not have a big day on the ground, which is probably going to be a constant theme this season with this Arizona offensive line, but he was able to haul in eight passes for 99 yards through the air. The former Pro-Bowler was able to serve as a nice check down option for Murray, and when he got the ball in his hands he made some things happen. Arizona is going to have to find a way to get Johnson the ball with how poor their run blocking has been, and Sunday was a good start.

They allowed four more sacks, increasing the total to 20 sacks allowed through four games, the most in the entire NFL.
